Registration fees are payable by all participants and will cover your meals as indicated. The day only rate covers lunch and refreshments, while dinner is payable separately and is available from the 5th. A booking for all three days is priced at a discounted rate.

Participants are responsible for their travel to and from Cambridge and for their accommodation. To find a list of hotels, guest houses and bed and breakfasts in the city centre please see the Visit Cambridge Website.
A number of en-suite single rooms with breakfast are available from the 4th at Queens' College, and a number of rooms are available from the 4th at Pembroke College (separate facilities, breakfast not included but available separately at the College).

The rate is £80 per person per night for Queens' College and £45 per person per night at Pembroke College. Delegates are responsible for paying for their accommodation in full plus any extra charges incurred.
Registration fees and payment for accommodation must be received by TIMA in order for an individual to participate in the conference proceedings and for us to confirm your accommodation booking.
You may pay by a sterling cheque made payable to “The Islamic Manuscript Association” or by fund transfer. Please contact Natalia Viola or Jenny Wright for TIMA's bank details.
All meals provided during the conference will be Halal.
