Application Timetable and Procedure

November 2011Announcement of Grant Scheme.
6 February 2012Deadline for completed application forms and references.
February 2012The board will consider the applications and decide which projects are to be funded.
March 2012The board will inform applicants of acceptance or rejection.

Applicants are required to select two referees and ensure that their references arrive at the Association's offices by 6 February 2012 as a hard copy or scanned original in an email attachment. Applicants are advised that an application cannot be considered for an award unless the reference has been received by this deadline.

All documents must reach us by 6 February 2012. No applications received after this date will be considered.
