- After training in conservation at Camberwell School of Art I have spent
28 years working in conservation - 7 years at the Bodleian Library,
Oxford, and 21 years at the Fitzwilliam Museum and Trinity College,
Cambridge - specialising in medieval western manuscripts. Involvement
with TIMA run projects at the National Library in Cairo and the
manuscript survey of the collection at St. Katherine's Monastery in
Sinai has broadened my interest to Arabic and Byzantine book structures.
