- I am the Librarian for Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies at UCLA. I have worked as a Middle Eastern languages cataloger at Princeton University, and been responsible for training catalogers at United Arab Emirates University and participated in training programs for Iraqi Librarians. One of my primary areas of concern is the importance of international standards for cataloging Middle Eastern language materials in the online environment.
