Collection Care and Emergency Response Grant Scheme

Application Form and other documents

Every applicant for a Collection Care and Emergency Response grant must submit simultaneously a completed application form and questionnaire, and letter of support from the partner institution. The reference may be submitted either by the applicant or by the referee themself.

The application form and questionnaire are available for download in PDF format. Completed forms may be returned by email attachment, fax, or post. Please note that they are not available as Microsoft Word documents. The letter of support must be typed on institutional letterhead, signed by an appropriate member of staff (not the applicant), and sent by post, fax or email.
